Below is a brief background of ourselves and the services that we offer.

Ours is a small legal firm established in 1993, based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Our aim is to give legal services and a host of other quasi-legal and non-legal services without limitation.

Our unique feature is that we are lawyers who are prepared to buckle down and provide essential services of a varied kind, as the details below shall show. We are members of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. Our conduct is subject to supervision. Our books of accounts are audited. Our clients are potentially indemnifiable for wrongs by ourselves, either through self insurance or through the Law Society of Zimbabwe Compensation Fund. We have been around for a while and are very familiar with the terrain, legal or otherwise in Zimbabwe.

Legal Services This is self-explanatory. Zimbabweans in the Diaspora may need services in the area of marriage, divorce, change of surname, investment vehicles e.g. companies and trusts, powers of attorney, conveyancing, litigation, the list is endless.

Information Services: As a Zimbabwean living abroad, can you really afford returning to Zimbabwe each time there is a need? You may have to prioritize. For that, information from Zimbabwe must be at hand to allow room to plan, thus optimizing time and resources. On your instructions, we can gather and dispatch all the information you may need for this purpose

Document Retrieval: One might forget documentation in Zimbabwe e.g. birth certificates, school certificates, national registration particulars, driver's licenses. We can facilitate.

Confidential Services Your relative has died, you are unable to return to Zimbabwe 'kunobata maoko'. You want to send monies but you don't trust that other relative to which you previously sent money. We receive the money and proceed to your relatives with it. We pay your condolences as 'your friend' and pay the money over to your relatives.

Research Services You are doing a doctorate on a certain topic which requires fieldwork in Zimbabwe. You have prepared a questionnaire but the journey to Zimbabwe is unnecessarily burdensome. You give us the materials and instructions and we carry out the legwork in Zimbabwe. We mail results to your address.
